The Kanso 2 Sound Processor is not intended to be used by Hybrid L24 Cochlear Implant recipients who receive benefit from the acoustic component. I was not able to hear a baby crying next to me, I couldn’t hear trucks or even fire trucks coming, I couldn’t hear someone speaking in my ear, and music sounded like static. I had to get the implant mapped out 4 times and it still didn’t do any good.
